At King of Generators, we’re proud to be a verified dealer of Sungold Power products. We are committed to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our warranty and return policies below, which are in line with Sungold Power’s official terms.
Warranty Coverage
Sungold Power offers a warranty period ranging from 1 to 25 years, depending on the specific product. The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase by the end consumer.
To validate the warranty, customers must provide proof of purchase, such as the original sales receipt or another acceptable form of documentation.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window on Sungold Power products. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
Return shipping will be covered by Sungold Power for the following reasons:

Carrier damage

Defective or faulty product

Product not as described or advertised

Incorrect item shipped

Additional product received in error
For all other return reasons, the customer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs. Note: Free shipping promotions apply only within the continental United States.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unmodified, and undamaged

Items must be in original packaging

Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
Returns requested after 30 days may be considered on a case-by-case basis and require special approval.

Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within several business days.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 72 hours of placement, provided the order hasn’t yet shipped. If the item has already shipped, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Used Product Warranty
For used products, the warranty coverage is as follows:

Within 30 days of purchase: Sungold Power covers all shipping and repair costs for naturally occurring issues.

Within 1 year of purchase: Sungold Power covers repair costs; the customer covers round-trip shipping.
Please note that Sungold Power is not responsible for after-sale service of products purchased outside of authorized dealers. Accessories may be purchased separately, but after-sale support for accessories is limited.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:

Damage from misuse, abuse, or modification

Accidental damage

Unauthorized repairs or disassembly

Products used outside of standard consumer use
Modified products will be returned at the customer’s expense.
Replacements
If your product fails to operate within 30 days, Sungold Power will issue a replacement, which inherits the original product’s warranty period. If the issue is caused by improper use, only troubleshooting assistance will be provided. Replacement parts under warranty will be sent upon request.
