Automaxx Warranty Policy for King of Generators

Two-Year Manufacturer Warranty
Automaxx offers a 2-year warranty for all products, protecting against defects in material and workmanship. The warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and starts from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required to validate claims.

What’s Covered

• Replacement of defective wind turbines with a new or refurbished product.
• Repair or replacement of defective parts.

What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not apply to:

• Products not purchased from Automaxx or tampered with by unauthorized parties.
• Damage from improper installation, negligence, misuse, or extreme weather (e.g., windstorms, lightning, hail).
• Products with altered or removed serial numbers.
• Acts of God, fraud, theft, or intentional damage.

Out-of-Warranty (OOW) Cases

• Automaxx will inspect all returned products to verify warranty eligibility.
• If out-of-warranty, a service charge for repairs and spare parts will be provided. Repairs will only proceed after the customer agrees and pays the invoice.

Customer Responsibilities

• Follow the user manual for proper installation and operation.
• Keep original packaging for safe returns if needed.
• Contact Automaxx via the distributor for warranty claims or refunds, providing a clear description of the issue.
