WARRANTY POLICY

SunGold Power offers warranties ranging from 1 to 25 years depending on the specific product. The warranty period begins on the original purchase date as indicated on the sales receipt or other proof of purchase.

LIMITED WARRANTY

• The warranty is valid for the original consumer purchaser only and is non-transferable.

• Warranty coverage does not extend to products that are misused, abused, modified, damaged due to accidents, or used outside the intended purpose as described in product documentation.

• Any unauthorized repair attempts will void the warranty.

• Modified products will be returned to the customer at their expense.

REPLACEMENTS

• If a product fails within 30 days of purchase due to a manufacturing defect, SunGold Power will replace it. The replacement item carries the original product's remaining warranty period.

• If the issue is due to improper operation, we will assist in troubleshooting, but returns or replacements will not be accepted. Customers will be responsible for the cost of accessories and shipping.

• If a replacement part is needed under warranty, please contact us to arrange shipment.

RETURN POLICY

SunGold Power offers a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly from a verified dealer such as King of Generators. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days under the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unmodified, and in the same condition as received.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging.

• Refunds or exchanges are not guaranteed if these conditions are not met.

• If your return request is approved, a full refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the product.

• Returns requested after 30 days require special authorization.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item received).

• Proof of purchase

REFUNDS Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of your refund status. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a few business days.

ORDER CANCELLATION Customers may cancel an order within 72 hours of purchase for a full refund. If the order has already shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

WARRANTY FOR USED PRODUCTS

• Warranty coverage for used products is one year.

• If a defect arises within 30 days, SunGold Power will cover all shipping and repair costs.

• If a defect arises within one year, SunGold Power will cover repair costs, but the customer is responsible for shipping fees.

• King of Generators is not responsible for the warranty or support of products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
