Warranty
Warranty Policy
Limited Warranty King of Generators warrants to the original consumer purchaser that Acopower products will be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal consumer use during the applicable warranty period. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover misuse, abuse, modifications, or accidental damage.
Warranty Period
- Generators: Covered under a 1-year limited warranty.
- Solar Panels: Covered under a 5-year limited warranty.
- Other Products: Warranty coverage varies; please refer to product specifications.
The warranty period begins from the original date of purchase. Proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt, is required to establish the warranty period.
Warranty Service If a product fails due to defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, we will replace or repair the item at our discretion. Replacement products assume the remaining warranty of the original product.
Exclusions This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, modifications, or accidents.
- Repairs attempted by unauthorized personnel.
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
- Battery cells unless charged within seven (7) days of purchase and at least once every six (6) months thereafter.
