Using full-tab LFP cell technology, DELTA 3 Max (2048Wh) is built for long-lasting performance. Its rugged exterior and integrated battery management safeguards contribute to reliable operation during home or outdoor use.

Intelligent Battery Management System

EcoFlow’s BMS includes a high-performance ARM Cortex chipset and real-time monitoring algorithms that track SOC, SOH, temperature, and other key parameters to help maintain battery safety and efficiency.

EcoFlow provides a limited warranty on its products, starting from the date of purchase. The warranty period varies by product type:

  • DELTA Series & RIVER Series: 1–5 years (depending on model)

  • Solar Panels: 12 months to 10 years

  • Accessories: 12 months

  • Smart Generators: 1–3 years

What’s Covered?

  • Free repairs or replacements for defects in materials or workmanship

  • Warranty extensions available for select products upon registration on EcoFlow’s website

 

 

What’s Not Covered?

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, unauthorized modifications, or external factors (e.g., water, weather)

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or without valid proof of purchase

  • Products used outside the intended region or incompatible with local power standards

Note: EcoFlow products are designed for use in the U.S. Warranty claims for malfunctions due to use outside the country may not be covered.
