EcoFlow provides a limited warranty on its products, starting from the date of purchase. The warranty period varies by product type:
DELTA Series & RIVER Series: 1–5 years (depending on model)
Solar Panels: 12 months to 10 years
Accessories: 12 months
Smart Generators: 1–3 years

Free repairs or replacements for defects in materials or workmanship
Warranty extensions available for select products upon registration on EcoFlow’s website
The warranty does not cover:
Damage due to misuse, unauthorized modifications, or external factors (e.g., water, weather)
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or without valid proof of purchase
Products used outside the intended region or incompatible with local power standards
Note: EcoFlow products are designed for use in the U.S. Warranty claims for malfunctions due to use outside the country may not be covered.
