Warranty Period Overview
EcoFlow provides a limited warranty on its products, starting from the date of purchase. The warranty period varies by product type:

DELTA Series & RIVER Series: 1–5 years (depending on model)

Solar Panels: 12 months to 10 years

Accessories: 12 months

Smart Generators: 1–3 years

What’s Not Covered?
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to misuse, unauthorized modifications, or external factors (e.g., water, weather)
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or without valid proof of purchase
- Products used outside the intended region or incompatible with local power standards
Note: EcoFlow products are designed for use in the U.S. Warranty claims for malfunctions due to use outside the country may not be covered.
