EcoFlow provides a limited warranty on its products, starting from the date of purchase. The warranty period varies by product type:
- DELTA Series & RIVER Series: 1–5 years (depending on model)
- Solar Panels: 12 months to 10 years
- Accessories: 12 months
- Smart Generators: 1–3 years

What’s Not Covered?
